To appreciate the QX-S at their best, it is worth pairing them with the QX-C centre speaker and QX-1, QX-2, QX-3, QX-4 or QX-5 at the front. These speakers use the same woofer and tweeter design, so the sound characteristics remain the same as the sound passes around each of the speakers. These speakers use the brand new ring dome design, giving you the perfect balance of excellent film soundtrack detail with a smooth, low distortion sound output. Due to a twin cavity venting system, any back pressure is reduced, so the treble unit can breathe. With low resonance and superb detail, the QX speakers are easily a class above at the top.

In addition to looking good, the aluminium top plate improves the cabinets rigidity, which lowers the distortion even further. Another feature is the comb-tooth woofer trim, which hides the fixing bolts and contrasts with the speakers smooth aesthetic.
