It comes with both covers and knobs for the volume pots, so you can use whichever you prefer. F urther information and downloads can be found online via the product page. Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, are all included with no extra charge. Items will be well packaged. And sent on a tracked/signed service.

DHL, UPS, DPD, and Ervi. If you require a specific courier or service to be used this can usually be accommodated. However there may be an additional charge if the service is significantly more expensive.

Contact me before purchasing to check availability. In some cases it will be possible without any additional charge, in other cases there will need to be an additional charge.

Arrive around/within the estimated date. The tracking link will be sent to you after. COLLECTION (United Kingdom) You are welcome to collect items providing the collection code is available to be scanned/entered upon collection.

If the collection code isn't available then the item will not be released, no exceptions. For high value items I may also require photo identification, of which a copy will be retained for fraud purposes.

I don't always enable it by default, so if it's not showing as available to your territory, please contact me and I'll check availability. Usually they just forward the package, but in some cases they do re-pack items. It's my choice, it's clearly stated on the listing, please respect that. If you feel that an item has been misrepresented or miss-described then reach out to me, a conversation can be had, and a return may be accepted at my discretion. If the item develops a genuine fault then I will replace it with an equal or greater item.

Fabricated faults or deliberate damage will not be tolerated, nor will faults created because you have misused and broken an item. Please report it, with detailed photos of both the item and the packaging, within 7 days of receipt. Please also keep the packaging, as it may be required to make a claim. FRAUD NOTES Serial numbers are recorded and items are security marked. Tamper proof seals are added to prevent unregistered part stripping and access to internal components. The entire packaging and dispatch process is filmed from start to finish, thus giving concrete evidence of what was sent. Item's are filmed while being packaged and then continue to be filmed while being placed into a dispatch area.

The dispatch area is then filmed 24/7, also showing the item being collected and scanned. All requirements in this listing go some-way to helping me protect myself against scammers and fraud, if you are a genuine person with noting to hide then I'm sure you can appreciate this.
