The SVS SB3000 is a serious home theatre subwoofer, compatible with any home theatre/AV receiver/amplifier, connectable via a single phono/RCA cable (not included). WHY DO I NEED IT?

A home theatre subwoofer takes over the low bass output of your system, producing thunderous bass that loudspeakers cannot. Using a subwoofer also means you can use smaller loudspeakers as they no longer have to produce deep bass.

Many subwoofers need tinkering with their controls at the back of the sub, but the SB3000 can be controlled by any smartphone - free Apple IOS and Android apps can be downloaded which gives you full access to the subwoofer's controls so you can tune it to your liking from the comfort of your perfect listening position. If you have any set up questions, please feel free to ask. This subwoofer is compatible with any AV receiver/amplifier or produce with a dedicated subwoofer output (phono/RCA connections), all you'll need is an RCA subwoofer cable which isn't included as the siting distance from the system will vary for every end user.

If there are any questions regarding connectivity, please do ask. 800w RMS SLEDGE Class D amplifier capable of peak power output of 2500w. 13 long throw aluminium bass driver. All rooms have a different effect on a subwoofer's performance, sometimes good, sometimes bad. Most of us can are limited to placing the subwoofer in one place, but if you have the freedom, measure the sub in different places to see what position provides the best performance. A good place to start is in a corner, and let your AV receiver set it up with its auto-setup software using its microphone. If you have access to the results of the setup, look out for big dips in the bass response, and try and find a position that helps reduce that dip - don't worry about the big peaks, the receiver's software will chop those off, but it can't fill the dips, hence trying to reduce that dip naturally. Using two subs in a room usually helps to fill these dips, giving a more even in-room response. Any questions, feel free to ask.

There's also plenty of online forums with setup help for this type of thing. The little audio company was founded in 2016, but our industry experience dates back to 1990. Our Google and Trustpilot reviews show how dedicated we are to customer service.
